Congratulations Christopher!

Christopher began donating at the “Cheyanne Giving” drive to support his friend. He enjoys playing all kinds of sports and being active. Thank you Christopher for your support!

Congratulations Terry!

Terry is our ninth CRBS iDonate promotion winner. He is from Tacoma and has been donating with CRBS since the 1960s. Terry began donating as a whole blood donor, and then began Apheresis donations in our Tacoma Donor Center in the 1980s. Terry is a 28 galloneer. He enjoys vacationing, golfing, walking and donating! Thank you Terry for your ongoing support over the past 40 years!

Congratulations Brandy!

Brandy is our eighth CRBS iDonate promotion winner.  She has been donating for the past six years and has reached the two gallon milestone.  Brandy is a true Washingtonian, who has lived all over the Greater Seattle/Tacoma areas.  She currently lives in Tacoma with her boyfriend and her two sons. She enjoys spending time playing with her kids, reading and watching football.   Thank you Brandy for your support!

Congratulations Jan!

Jan is our seventh CRBS iDonate promotion winner and a longtime CRBS donor.  She began donating eight years ago at Lakeview Elementary to show support for a student who was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. She is the librarian at Lakeview Elementary and still continues to donate at the Federal Way Donor Center.  Jan is proud to be an ECMO Baby Blood donor, and she enjoys reading, playing and teaching piano and volunteering at her church. Thank you Jan for your support!

Congratulations Abagael!

Abagael is our sixth CRBS iDonate promotion winner. She is 19 years old and is from Puyallup. Abagael began donating at Puyallup High School four years ago. When asked why she donates said, “Whenever I get a call and am not working I donate. I want to be a nurse.  I enjoy helping people and I really like watching the donation process. It’s cool!” She works at the Emerald Downs Tack Shop and enjoys shopping and spending time with her girlfriends. Thank you Abagael for your support!

Congratulations Merrill!

Merrill is our fifth CRBS iDonate promotion winner. He is from Graham and donates regularly at the Puyallup Donor Center.  Merrill began donating in 1964 on our bloodmobile and has continued ever since.  Retired from his employment with the City of Tacoma, he enjoys his retirement working at his own antique shop in Tacoma.  He also enjoys restoring and collecting antique cars, having restored around 20 cars.  Of his huge collection, his favorite car just so happens to be the very first car he ever owned - a 1938 Chevy Coup. Thank you Merrill for your support over the past 36 years!

Congratulations Ronald!

Ronald is our fourth CRBS iDonate promotion winner. He is a Seattle native but now calls Tacoma home. Ronald donates regularly at the Safeway University Place mobile drive. However, after missing the last drive there, his wife encouraged him to stop in at our Tacoma Donor Center to donate.  That turned out to be a great decision, since Ronald became one of our lucky iDonate winners!

Ronald enjoys traveling and is excited to have a new iPod Touch to take on his long business trips. He is most excited to finally toss out his cassette walkman and start using his new iPod Touch. Thank you Ronald for your continued support!

Congratulations Connie!

Connie is the third CRBS iDonate promotion winner. She regularly donates at the Tacoma Donor Center and is working toward her three gallon donation mark. Connie enjoys traveling and being outdoors, and she is preparing for a two week long family camping trip. She won the iPod Touch just in time for the long journey. Thank you Connie for your continued support!

Congratulations Rachel!

Rachel is the second CRBS iDonate promotion winner.  Rachel donated with a friend at the Puyallup Donor Center on Monday, July 5. When asked why she decided to donate again, Rachel said, “I like the feeling of helping others.” Rachel’s first donation was at her high school’s spring blood drive.  Rachel is a running start student at Clover Park Technical College, and she is studying Cosmetology.   In her spare time, she loves styling hair.  Rachel will graduate from Spanaway Lake High School in 2011.  CRBS wishes Rachel the best for her senior year and greatly appreciates her continued support!

Congratulations Denny!

Denny is our first iDonate 2010 winner.  He lives in Tacoma, began donating when he was 18 years old and has donated over 14 gallons.  Mondays are Denny’s day off, which is when he usually stops by the Tacoma Donor Center to donate.  In his spare time he enjoys reading, golfing and watching the Seattle Seahawks. CRBS sincerely thanks Denny for being a long-time supporter of CRBS and our community.
