Bethel High School- October 17, 2008

The blood drive at Bethel High School was amazing. They set a rather high goal of 100, and surpassed that by registering 119 donors! Of the 119 donors registered, 82 of them donated for their first time!

Cascade Regional Blood Services (CRBS) would like to give a huge thanks to the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and their advisor Lynda Schlosser. Lynda also teaches Business and Marketing at Bethel High School. The blood drive was extremely well organized, which is a testament to the hard work put in by all the students of FBLA.

The students were extremely active in the coordination of the blood drive. They ran the canteen, signed students in and out of class, and kept the flow of donors going very smoothly.

The support of the students and staff at Bethel High school helps CRBS maintain an adequate blood supply for our area hospitals. CRBS is very grateful for their support and we are anxiously looking forward to the spring drive at Bethel High School, which is scheduled for May 1.

Bethel High School - May 2, 2008

Bethel High School had an extremely successful drive on May 2. On a goal of 100, we registered 144 donors! This amazing accomplishment is a testament to the hard work of the students and the sponsor group, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). The students actively participated in running this successful drive. They helped canteen, give away t-shirts, and sign students in and out of class. The help of the students made the drive very efficient.

Cascade Regional Blood Services would like to thank the students and staff of Bethel High School. Their hard work and dedication helped maintain an adequate blood supply for our community hospitals. We look forward to our next blood drive at Bethel High School.

Bethel High School – May 11, 2007

Sandy Lyda, a Future Business Leader of America student at Bethel High School, helped coordinate this successful drive. She not only helped put the drive together, she also worked in the canteen the day of the drive. Sandy, with the help of Susan Dunaway and Lynda Schlosser (both teachers at Bethel), worked hard to pull together nearly 100 students who registered to donate.

Cascade Regional Blood Services would like to thank the students and faculty at Bethel High School. Their hard work and dedication helped maintain an adequate blood supply for our community hospitals.
